Welcome a board, any board, Pine, Oak, Paduk, or even Cocobolo.

Welcome to Lumber Jocks! This is a great place to get – or give – advice about woodworking on the forums and the project posts are a wonderful source of new ideas. I look forward to seeing your projects and posts.

To get the most feedback on your projects, it’s best to only post 1 or 2 at a time. This way you will get feedback over several days and from a wide variety of members.

Please enjoy your membership.

Hi there,
Welcome to LumberJocks… I joined the site myself a few months ago and will give you fair warning, this site is VERY ADDICTIVE, VERY EDUCATIONAL, and VERY FUN…. so sit back, enjoy the ride and learn from the other LJ’s as they are a group of extremely talented people that are also very friendly…

Enjoy your time here on LJ and pass the word to any of your woodworking buddies about us…

Wisty

Welcome to Lumberjocks. The projects are an inspiration, the information is priceless and the people are supportive. The only problem is, the site can get addictive.

God Bless

It is great to feel so welcome!! I’ve learned a lot just moving around in here and reading. I hope will be able to share something that will help with others knowledge and skills.

Thanks for the comments its nice when somebody goes back and looks at your previous stuff. If you ever want to trade wood let me know I’ve got great sources for indigenous( I think I spelled that right its been a long weekend) hardwoods Just let me know what youre into and I can find something to trade. This weekend I host a Woodworkers Yard Sale, tools only no clothes, toys or George Foreman grills allowed, two days of hard work for almost nothing. IHS FORDMike

Sounds like we have a few things in common. Small world isnt it? If you know a MGySgt Leal, tell him Forbes says hello.
