A Router Bit Cabinet with a Secret

Hey guys and Gals, this weeks project is just a fun simple shop project with a twist. I decided to build a Router bit cabinet for the shop. Well that was the plan, then i started thinking about a way to make it a little more interesting.. Then it hit me, Why not make a Router bit cabinet with a Secret Compartment? I came up with a simple way of locking and unlocking the compartment. So one thing led to another and this is the results. Now the cabinet itself is not made of anything fancy. Since it is going to be a shop cabinet that gets dirty and dusty i decided to go with a Select pine. Hope you guys like it.

Great project Laney! I like the hole concept, you can even keep important family document well secured where no one will even think about will be. nice work!
