The idea of making the chair for our beloved daughter was originated a long time ago, but wanted to make something special for her. She likes the old fairy tailes and beautiful cartoons about prince and princess very much, also, our love to rare mighty things – pushed us to make this «von Einik family style» creation.
I used turned old pine legs from old balasters and rest of was new lumber. Only hand tools were used, I didn’t used electrical tools for reason -i like to use hand tools. evaluation of this work made by the most important CUSTOMER – our daughter. Thanks God, CUSTOMER was happy with the size and quality! All the roughness and cracks on the chair smooth and soft to the touch soft, – so can to be quiet about the daughter’s safety. Wood finish as always the family recipe, made from beeswax and natural pigments. Several stages of the finish , shown in the photo.
The work was made with special custom made carving tools made by the company «Khechoyan’s Carving’s & Tools»
Enjoy!
