Steve, this is a nice looking shop that you have. It looks like you have it well organized and have ample room in there to move around between the tool stations. And you have added some nice benches that provide both storage and a solid working surface.
If your boss is anything like mine your to-do list grows a lot faster than your ability to complete your “assigned” projects. For some reason my wife seems to believe that her mission in life is to find things to keep me busy. :)
Thanks for the pictures. I enjoyed taking a tour of your shop.

Junior, correct on the carpet. My projects have been small so OK, but it is going away one day and I will put in a wood floor.
Scott – yup on the boss list. I may need another dry erase for HER list.
Richard – guard dog, believe it or not unpredictable. He doesn’t like new people for some reason. I guess that is good to be jekyll and hyde for the guard dog.
Thanks for you posts!!!

when you told me your woodshop was in a house, i was picturing a run down, no drywall, gutted house. this is awesome. we know i’m new to the game, but i think it is safe to say it will most likely be a while before i see another carpteted woodshop. nice picks… one question though… where are the chess pieces for that table ;-)

I have a buddy who is an expert in making chess pieces, so I make the table and he makes the chess pieces.
Thanks for the thoughts on the shop. Could buy the house cheaper than building a building. And came with carpet, AC and Heat!!!! :-)
