I’ve been hammered at work this week and have had little time to do any woodwork. I was able to get out into the shop tonight and put together a simple coping sled for my router table. It felt good to get something put together.

I had picked up a new flush trim bit a couple of weekend ago and made a handle from a template. A few pieces of MDF and a couple of clamps and I am off and running. All and all a good way to release some stress.

I’m trying to decide what to work on next. I’m thinking perhaps I will put together a lumber storage solution this weekend. I gotten some good feedback and ideas from the question I posted on the topic. I may also start to work on restoring a plane or building some prototypes of the kitchen cabinet doors. Of course, there are the Adirondak Chair Plans & Templates Woodcraft is advertising. I could use a couple of those chairs on my patio. I’ll have to give it some thought.

Oh, and yes the freking peacock is still smugly sitting on my unisaw.

Hello Peacock!! It’s not getting to be mating season is it/? You could have little peacocks running around your shop!!
