Fogging eye ware with respirators. Solved - 4 replies

I have just obtained the first dust mast that I can were without my glasses fogging. It is an RZmask got it from rockler. Their web site is It is easy on easy off and comes with a storage bag so it won’t pick up random dust. It is comfortable. Give it a try you won’t be disappointed Walt

Inlaying a ceramic a cerimac plaque using a router - 4 replies

I have a ceramic plaque that I wish to attach to a wooden plaque. I would like to plough out a circle about 1/4 in deep so the plaque will sit tightly and be qluded in place. Any good suggestions appricated

I was finishing some 1/4 inch Maple plywood by sanding to 320 and then applying a sanding sealer, one coat of Amber shellac and one coat of clear shellac. Router base material - 4 replies

I have recently obtained a dove tail jig and collar set. The Jig is made for a 7/16 collar and 1/2 in dove tail bit. I have all the parts but the router I have will need a different base to accommodate the brass collar. Just for information what is the best material to use. I was considering hardboard1/8 inch.
