I have done my first review. Not sure how I like the process. I received Questions so I edited my review to answer them then some one mentioned lawsuit? Can you get answers to questions on the blog site? Some web sites restrict review content to the item only not interaction with anyone nor opinions. I had so many questions asked of me. Do I need to contact them directly?

Just post your answers as a comment on your review post. I read your review and the comments – I think the legal comment was not about a lawsuit against you, but rather trying to force the company to compensate you.

Thank you for the information. I have no intention of Identifying the retailer or persisting in returning the saw to them. Laguna on the other hand refuses to speak with me. If they should feel like repairing any relationship with me that is up to them. But I will continue to post my opinion as often as I can to prevent this from happening to some one else. I did make many mistakes. I should have purchased my saw from a local retailer face to face being a large ticket purchase. It would saved me the headache driving the 140 mile round trip. I do not wish to force anyone to do some thing because they disagree with me. The thing I would like to see most and I tried to no avail with the retailer is to clearly mark all items for sale with country of origin. I Googled Laguna and LT 14 SUV read many reviews, even on Lumberjocks, but a search is only as specific as the wording used to search. And many people have had a good experience I fall into the small group that is not worth their time and effort $$.
