Thanks for the welcome. I like to do turnings on my lathe, nothing too big yet. I do reproductions for a friend of mine that works on old houses in Little Rock, AR. I also build outdoor furniture out of eastern red cedar and cypress. Adirondack chairs, tables, benches and arbors. We also sell lumber such as the cedar and cypress we work with and also walnut, quarter sawn white oak, redoak, and pretty much whatever I can get my hands on. Im building a solar kiln and hope to get more into the lumber business next year. We show at the LR Flower and Garden show and a couple of other places enough to keep two guys busy. I heard about Lumber Jocks on a podcast I was listening to and thought I would give it a try.

Welcome to Lumberjocks. The projects are an inspiration, the information is priceless and the people are supportive. The only problem is, the site can get addictive.

God Bless

Hi there,
Welcome to LumberJocks… I joined the site myself a few months ago and will give you fair warning, this site is VERY ADDICTIVE, VERY EDUCATIONAL, and VERY FUN…. so sit back, enjoy the ride and learn from the other LJ’s as they are a group of extremely talented people that are also very friendly…

Enjoy your time here on LJ and pass the word to any of your woodworking buddies about us…
