I grew up with many of my older family members doing woodwork, from scrolling, construction, carving, and everything in between. After I got married I had a garage all to myself and something in me kicked in, and before I knew it I had bought a garage full of tools and was building furniture for the house. I'm constantly trying to find new techniques to try, and challenging myself. I'd like to meet more people in the area that are into woodworking because it's always handy to have someone that can help when you need to know where to get good lumber, or find certain tools, or just share stories.
