I am a mechanical designer by trade but I would much rather be home designing and making my own ideas. I really got interested in woodworking about seven years ago when I bought my house and finally had my own shop. I have a lot of fun trying to come up with ideas that wow my friends...and at the same time try and get them interested in the hobby. I do not like making the same thing twice so my projects will look very different from one another. projects I would 99% of the time mean boxes...I love making boxes!

Thank you all for the great welcome. I have looked around the site for a while, looking at all the great projects, and finally got the time to join it. I met a handful of you at the Chicago Woodworking show….that was nice that you had a booth! Hopefully I can fully figure this out and post a couple projects I did in the recent past!

Great to meet all of you!

Welcome to Lumberjocks. The projects are an inspiration, the information is priceless and the people are supportive. The only problem is, the site can get addictive.

God Bless
