Found a great Craigslist deal on a ShopSmith workbench for $250.00. I needed a quality bench and could not build one for this price considering the price of wood and vice hardware. It measures 6’x2’x33” tall. It has a face vice and a wagon type tail vice. This is a very solid bench with a 2 1/2”-3”thick top. Sellers uncle purchased from Scott Phillips of the PBS show American Woodshop when ShopSmith stopped sponsoring the show.

Great find. The materials alone would have cost 3 to 4 times the price.

You would not be able to build this bench for that price. Great score!
