Hey, thanks for swinging by and saying hi. Man, I thought I had the smallest shop in the room (at 6 1/2 by 8 1/2). Got me beat! Looking forward to seeing some pics and how you lay it out. I’ve got a couple pics of mine over on my site.
See ya around!

Hey Tomcat—
Notice the tag line. A word of warning, however. Once one starts down the slippery slope of neander-woodworking… Well, just say… you’ve been warned!

Tomcat:
When planning your shop give a lot of thought and study to electrical capicity and circuits, placement of recepticles, and lighting. I painted the interior of my shop, ceiling and walls, semi-gloss white. If you can see better you will work better.
If tool mobility is necessary, give consideration to weight in your machine purchases. Yes. There are mobile bases, but even with a level and smooth floor, shoving around a 300 lb machine can get old – not to mention wear and tear on the old back.
