Do you like tool reviews? I do, but I hate when it is just a written article. You don’t get to see everything that the actual user gets to see. I’m starting a new series called “Tuesday Tool Time”. It will be a video review, sometimes live, that goes in depth of tools that I currently use and future tool I buy. One week I might do power tools and the next might be as simple as a screwdriver set. The first show will be Tuesday September 27th. I will review my Skill tablesaw model #3310. I look forward to the review/test. Stay tuned for more info and as always follow me on twitter, I update often. And get the word spread, it will be fun!

Anybody think there is much interest?

Sounds promising. Please remember it may take a while to catch on. Personally, I love the idea. I just received some new Narex skew chisels that someone more experienced than me could review. Be careful when cutting on the saw during your review.

Looking forward to your work.

I was considering something like that for the woodworking video blog I’m developing. I say GO FOR IT, maybe we can team up later! I know I’ll be following your blog!

The only advise I’d give is be sure you’ve USED the tool a while before you review it. Too many of the “reviews” are nothing more than a person’t first impressions and are not based on reliable fact over time.
