I recently received some older tools from my great uncle. These are an amazing addition to my shop and I am happy to have them to pass down to my kids. Hit that like button and subscribe to the channel.

Family hand me downs should be priceless, these days too many children sell off their father and grandfathers tools at yard sales because they have no interest in using or passing on their heritage!

That is a very disappointing thing that I see. Tools get scraped or just thrown away as well because people don’t know what they are.

One of the most heartbreaking things I ever saw on EBAY was a guy selling off his father Distinguished Flying Cross and the citation from WWII. He got $65 for it. How anyone could do that is beyond me.

Your very fortunate to receive those tools. It’s good they are going to a good home where they will be appreciated and well cared for.

If one of my aunts or uncles tries to sell off my pawpaws Purple Heart it’ll be because they’re paying for their broken knee cap.
