Where can I find a simple free plans to make a thickness sander? (That does not require an engineering degree)

and there is other drumsanders on L J too
they are not that hard to copy and I´m sure some of them
has link´s to a plan or two

That site details things very well, lots of pictures and instructions and not much talk about tolerances :)
