The first time I saw this site a man named Joel Tille was working on a Wiconsin Furniture Tilt Top Table. The article said it didn’t sell at auction. I was wondering why? And, was there a minimum bid that was not met.

I am curious because I have one of these tables. I also have the six chairs, ten leaves, and a matching buffet. My aunt bought the dinning room set for my grandmother in the early ‘50’s. It is the only table I remember sitting at when we went to grandmas for Sunday dinner. Back in those days we had enough family show up that all ten leaves were put in the table. My grandmother passed away in 1983 and the table was given to me. We have used it since then. Other than a few scratches from ” the kids ” it is in pretty good shape.

Please let me know what you know about the Wisconsin Furniture Tilt Top Table.

I wonder if you still have your Tilt Top Twins table made by the Wisconsin Furniture Company? Two years ago, I purchased one, with the matching chairs, on Craig’s List and have spent the last couple years restoring it. It looks great! However, the chains beneath the top were disconnected when the table came to me. Are your chains intact? I am looking for some pictures to help me restore this part of the table. Can you help? If so, I’d appreciate it!!
