Hello TheNigerian,
Let me welcome to LJs. I am sure that you will find being a member of this group to be both a rewarding and an inspirational part of your woodworking adventure.
-- With God's help all things are possible- even woodworking. Woodworking is not just a hobby, it is an (expletive deleted) expensive hobby.

I feel I am at the right place already.
I am a numbercruncher with an oil multinational that’s lost the passion for regular hours.
I am arranging to leave my day job within 18 months and set up shop full time.
I am getting jobs regularly and am improving my arsenal. Targets are the leagcy 900 with cnc upgrade and the RDGID 13” thicknesser to round me up for now.
I am DeWalt particular.
I own a KT-2514 cnc router and have dreams everyday of getting a full fledged industrial machine.
I am married with 3 kids.

May I suggest that the Dewalt 735 is superior to the ridgid you’re considering.
Welcome to lumberjocks.
