Here is an easy to make Sanding/Radius Jig to fit the Rigid oscillating spindle sander Model # EB44241. I’m building this jig out of re-purposed material, a handful of hardware and a drill press turned knob so the cost to make this jig is actually on a couple of dollars (Frugal Craftsman).

Very nice! Thanks for the design and video. I’ll have to put my new sander to work!

Very cool. I am planning to purchase this sander on black Friday and this seems like a very useful addition to it. Nice work.

I just bought one of these today for sanding the sides of boxes. Great tool for anyone on a budget or short on space. The circle feature isn’t something that I would use, but the radius feature has me thinking about some projects that I have avoided.

Steve.

Ha ha. At first I thought “How on Earth is he gonna sand that oval on that there jig?!?” Duh. That’s a well thought out jig!
