Part 2: Applying First Coats of Finish

From the Workbench of T-Chisel Well the boiled linseed oil has been applied and allowed to cure. This next video introduces you to my finish guy, Mark Libby. Mark has 25 years experience in the finishing industry. Mark begins finishing this Slant Top Tiger Maple Desk by gently sanding and then begins to build up finish with layers of shellac (70:30 mix) with an HVLP (High Volume Low Pressure) sprayer.
