The dowel is in and the edge is rounded over so now it’s time to attach the batten and the lid. Once that is set, the project is almost complete!

Thanks, Tommy. I would have screwed up on the top on the first one for sure. I would have figured it out when the top didn’t work right, but this is a lot better.
