With all the lines carved, Tommy breaks out the sandpaper to clean off the pen marks. When that is out of the way, he shows how he dimples the panel with tools he made.

Thanks for the update, Tommy. I can see where the “thrill” of adding this detail would tend to wear off after awhile, especially given that you are currently working on 6 of these.

Tommy, that is a very informative video. In leather work we call such a tool a “backgrounder” for obvious reasons.
