This is the entire argument for having everything on casters. Of course I would have to put in a solid floor also.

Monte- That’s why most of my shop is on them. Learned that the hard way!

Great video, Stumpy! We, finally, got the bandsaw on wheels(it’s an older Craftsman with about a 33” base).

Gee thanks Stumpy… I got up this morning feeling plum good. Now I have this urge to go out to the shop and move something… I didn’t know one could catch a disease from the computer…. Is there a filter for this??

Stumpy, a couple of thoughts:

First, you may need therapy….........!

Second, I’ve been on a mission lately to de-clutter my house. The rule I operate under is, if I haven’t used it in the last year, and I’m not planning to use it in the next year—it’s gone. No ifs ands or buts….......

If the item has value, you can sell it on Craigslist. It goes to someone who actually wants it, it puts gas money in your pocket—and it gets the dang thing out of your shop.

You must be absolutely ruthless about this—no hemming or hawing—it’s gone.

And you know what? After a few days, or a week, you won’t even miss it.

Is this a New Years resolution for the Stumpmeister? Something to think about…......!
