Hobbyaholic... so many hobies so little time.
Unfortunately my diversity of hobbies prevents me from becoming a skilled woodworker. They all provide learning experiences and ultimately knowledge. what else could we ask for. As an occupation I work as an electrical engineer.
At some point in time I've hobbied / tinkered at; ham radio, photography, bee keeping, hiking, camping, fishing, hunting, kites, skiing, woodworking, carpentry, welding, motorcycles, remodeling, auto repair, and metalworking. (Maybe others ... I forget.)

Let me welcome you to LJs. I hope that you will find this to be an interesting and exciting part of your woodworking journey.
-- With God's help all things are possible- even woodworking. Woodworking is not just a hobby, it is an (expletive deleted) expensive hobby.

Thanks for the welcome folks. I was directed to the site so I could look at the projects and video of DanK. I wanted to make a comment so I created an account and here I am. The projects I’ve looked over are inspiring and the instructional blogs are great. This is comfortable site and I am glad I found it.
