Location: Funnyriver, Alaska
Website: http://www.Woodworker Stonetimber.com

I live in a small community on the Kenai Penninsula knowen as Funnyriver. I love most aspects of working with wood, but I'm particularey fond of carveing, building doors, and timberframing.
I landed in southeast Alaska in 1972 and was influeanced by the native totems, art and culture. Being of both Scot & Swedish decent I enjoy working with both timber & Stone.
But I realy am a man of wood. Old wood, green wood, soft wood, hard wood, and my favorite morning wood.

Welcome. You have found the right place for woodworking. A great group of people willing to help. Looking forward to see your projects and comments. Work safe in the shop and don’t forget to use pushsticks.

Welcome to Lumberjocks. Your work is nice. I look forward to seeing more of your work. I have never been to Alaska but hope to go there someday (in the summer). It is just too cold there for me. Great to have you online.

Hi there,
Welcome to LumberJocks… I joined the site myself just about 2 years ago and will give you fair warning, this site is VERY ADDICTIVE, VERY EDUCATIONAL, and VERY FUN…. so sit back, enjoy the ride and learn from the other LJ’s as they are a group of extremely talented people that are also very friendly…
I apologize for the late welcome but I am currently serving overseas and don’t have a lot of spare time on my hands.

Enjoy your time here on LJ and pass the word to any of your woodworking buddies about us…
