I was born and raised in Montana but came to Oklahoma in 1981. I received a degree in Construction Engineering Technology and for the past 35 years I have been building commercial buildings. With the first house and job, I developed a passion for woodworking or more properly stated... making things out of wood. I formed a company about 10 years ago that installs retail store fixtures all over the USA. This has two advantages: first I can buy tools and equipment through the business for my own shop, secondly most of my employees are finish carpenters. Basically I can obtain alot of information from my business. Recently I have got my website (www.WoodworkingInformationSite.com) up and running and was impressed with the Lumberjocks site. I hope I can add some constructive comments and opinions along with continuing to receive vlauable insights into this great craft. Buy the way, I wasn't a jock in high school so I don't know how to act as one so you'll just have to put up with me the way I am. LOL
