This is my “converted horse barn”, that I’ve slowly been turning into a woodshop the last few years.
Exterior dimensions are 30’W X 36’L with a 6’ overhang in the front, which leaves me with about
24’ X 36’ interior. I insulated it with R-19 all around,
and I have a Sterling Natural Gas Unit heater, ceiling hung, w/150,000 BTU that keeps me quite warm in the winter months. I never let it go below 55 degrees, when I’m not out there, and when I push up the thermostat, I can get to a comfortable 65-68 in about 10 minutes…its a beast of a heater…
Interior shots show a lot of my “stuff”, and looking right, as you walk in,
then straight down the length.
I have quite a few Delta tools, Bosch, Craftsman, PorterCable, Rigid, etc.
check out projects that I work on occasionally,
Update:June 1, 2011 – My new baby has arrived. I’ve been waiting some 30+ years for this saw.
Its 3hp, 220V, single phase…w/52” Biesmeyer fence and extension tableboard.
