I'm an early retiree after 34 years in the corporate world (June 2007) and have changed careers due to recent health changes. I'm a type-1 diabetic, (December 2009) which is now in pretty good control with better diet, carb-counting, portion control, and lots of exercise, so I can again pursue more "work". I only work part time now, so I have more time for working the in shop, and refurbishing our home, as well as gardening.
I have a passion for woodworking, and have really come to enjoy working out in my shop, a separate building out behind our home. So I'm always looking to see other shops, and how I can better finish this baby out, prior to my full retirement.
(which just means I can really continue to do what I want, when I want...)
Anyways, that's a little about me, and I'll get the camera out every now and then, and post some shots of the improvements in my shop and home projects. If you're in the area, stop in anytime for coffee and chat.
