We have a ranch in Eastern Oregon and have quite a few species of hardwood trees we are thinking of sawing. Some of these trees produce a lot of waste but we are going to saw on weekends and already have crawlers, front end loaders. We need to buy a planer. Just wondering what the market is. Any comments are helpful.

Welcome aboard. Nice that you could join us on Lumberjocks.

Regarding your question, please try posting it in one of the forums. Simply click on forums at the top of this page, then choose “Show All Forums.” There is a forum for wood. You will get more responses there.

Good Luck !!
