Website:
Novice Everything. Just purchased our first home. All I have is a cordless drill and circular saw. Hoping to get a tablesaw soon. I've got a whole basement to finish the way I want.
Goal Projects:
Lounge Type Chair: i.e. Morris or other style
Pedestal Table: Old Irish furniture style
Corner Bench Seating Area: Irish Pub Style (Pannelling, etc.)
Pub Stools
Bar w/ Tap: Dark wood or Dark stain (Pannelled, etc.)
I've been searching Craigslist for some good tool deals in the area. Looking to pick up a bandsaw, jointer, and thickness planer. From all my reading, those are the main "workhorses" of a woodshop.

Welcome to Lumberjocks. The projects are an inspiration, the information is priceless and the people are supportive. The only problem is, the site can get addictive.
God Bless
