So, the boy finally woke up from his nap and I ripped down one long peice. I then used one of my first wood working tools; a plastic miter box bought at HD of maybe Seigles (anyone remember that place?) about 15 years ago. I cut the board to two lengths and then to the back yard for a little hand sanding pool side, while the boy played in the kiddy pool.

That is a funny picture – looks like I only have three fingers, but I assure you, I have five and yeah, that’s our old bath tub used as a planter and an occassional seat.

A little flat ceiling paint and we have two new louvers.

One total hour invested, so far. My client is certainly saving money over a replacement door.
