In 2002 my 20-year high-tech career as a software engineer and internet web developer came to an abrupt halt. My department was downsized and then outsourced overseas. In the months following, my wife faced a battle with breast cancer and left her position to accommodate her treatment schedule.
Hoping to make lemonade from life’s recent lemons, we pooled our education, talent, business background, and experience, and began a company that encompassed what we knew best, business management, marketing, web-site development and furniture making.
Together we established Meadowbrook Creations, the parent company of NHwoodworking.com, our make-to-order furniture business specializing in Early American and Shaker inspired pieces that we designed. Our business has delivered furniture into homes in every state in the U.S.
