I ordered two of his blades. After unwrapping one, I found a serious nick in the bevel. The shipping envelop had not been damaged but the overwrap around the blade was damaged right over the nick; clearly, the wrapped blade had been dropped or knocked. I sent an e-mail with a picture of the problem, and Ron Hock sent a replacement in a couple of days – no questions asked. I like that and will continue to be a customer!
