So, spring / summer is in full swing and I’m finally back in the shop.
Recently, I finished up a dresser (project posting coming soon) and got around to cleaning up the shop.
I’m looking at getting a drill press, something I need to complete the wood whisperers poker chip trays – I’m going to make a run of maybe 5 of them to give as gifts if they turn out for me.
The next major project will be to duplicate the dresser and apply the lessons learned from the first one. I’m hoping dresser 2.0 will be much more solid in terms of end product.
I’m also love the air compressor for simply blowing air. Yeah, it is great for shooting Norm’s brad nails, but I’m finding the simple air gun to be useful as well.
Final note for today: Hope to finish the quilt stand in the shop tour this summer as well.

I just left Marc and Matt at Wood Talk Online another VM, so maybe I’ll make next week’s show!!!!
I’ve been missing Matt’s show this week – I hope he gets back from vacation soon, I’m missing my daily fix of wood working content!
