Born in 1960, I am a healthcare IT Project Manager by day, aspiring woodworker and ham radio operator by night/weekend.
I am a beginner woodworker and just set up space in my one-car garage here in Southern California. I welcome feedback and constructive criticism. I'm looking for good, used hand tools and large power tools (tablesaw, jointer, planer, bandsaw, etc.)
I'd be interested in a mentor or local classes to learn new skills.

I’ve lurked on this site as a guest for a couple of years. I am 52 years old, just getting started and I have learned so much from this community. I am setting up a beginner shop in my one-car garage. So far, I have acquired some hand tools and some hand power tools.
I’ll try to post my first project in a few days. I look forward to some critiques on how to improve.
