I have been woodworking for about 5 years. I am self taught, and enjoy the process of turning wood into useable projects that can be enjoyed. Since I have a limited space, most of my projects aren't too big. I enjoy the making stuff such as picture frames, cutting boards, tables, benches and other occasional furniture. One nice thing about woodworking that I like is being able to give the items as gifts. People seem to really apprecitate the time and "skill" involved. Plus I sell just enough things to help offset most costs of the machines and wood. So in the end, it almost pays for itself. I look forward to learning more about it, and improving my skill and accuracy.
