Winter is a hard time for birds. So I have decided to make a bird feeder.

It was my first project where I used turned parts. So training and developing designe were a lot of work.

A simple jig for glueing rectangular constructions:

Intermediate step:

This cold season I tried to use propan for heating my garage workshop. It works well if outside temperature is about zero and above:

Doing tiny timberframing was a fun:

Finish is a stain and a laquer:

It seems titmice like the designe, and sunflower seeds too:

Thanks for the details, Serge! I like the turnings, nice touch. Did you do it he turnings?

Hi Candy! Thanks! Yes, I have bought a lathe last year and now I learn to use it. Very addictive buisness. I have exterminated almost every piece of wood I could find in my workshop.
