Anybody have any clever ideas how to build a doorway like this with large rounded corners?

I wish there was a giant router big enough do do this kind of thing.

You build an interior frame in sections and cover them with material. Then put the sections together.
Still a lot of variables you did not mention.
Is it painted? Stained and finished.
Are you building it in place, do you have to transport.
Dimensions?
Depending on the variables, will make a difference on how it’s made.

Hi sorry forgot to clarify. It’s for a film set. Typically film sets are framed out with 1×3s and skinned with thin MDF or plywood (luon). It does not need to move and will be painted. I want to avoid making a million little cuts or doing a lot of sanding.

One idea is to build most of it out of wood and do the corner bits out of styrofoam so they can be sanded quickly.

any thoughts?
