I have teak wood floors and have used wacko teak oil. On the second coat too much oil was used and the excess was not wiped off. Now the teak floor has a shine to it and is tacky. Without sanding it down again, how can I get the excess off. It has been like this for four weeks now. I have tried paint thinner

Welcome to Ljs a world wide community were there are great people, super projects and great woodworkers.Enjoy!
you will get more help if you would post your question on a main forum.
If it were me I would wipe the floor down with naphtha ,it might take more than once. you also have to make sure you have plenty of ventilation and that there are no sources of ignition because naphtha is highly flammable.
