I have a custom rustic furniture woodshop in Central Texas in Little River - Academy, Texas. I enjoy working with reclaimed materials from old barns and outbuildings, also salvaged native woods. I have a WoodWorkers Logosol Mill and my partners have bigger Norwoods and dimension Mills. Through our co-op we are able to work with a lot of different native woods like Spalted Pecan, Mesquite, BlackJack Oak, Juniper, Mountain Cedar, Red Cedar, etc.. My current projects are to "survive this new economy and make a complete dining and bedroom set of Spalted Pecan and complete bedroom set of Aromatic Red Cedar and spalted pecan, as I have alot of this lumber and need the space back in my shop :) I enjoy working with Pecan the most and barbecueing Beer Can Chicken with the scraps, and most of all hanging out with my son :)
God Bless Ya'll

This is a great site. You have some real nice work. Wish there were some of that aromatic cedar around here.
