Part 1: Ever have this happen to you?
Hello to all, This is my first woodworking blog. I will try to document some of my work here and some of the things that go on in my shop. I am married with two daughters, an electrical engineer by profession and a part-time woodworker the rest of the time. I want to turn it into a full-time business one day as my work load increases. Part 2: Scraper idea
This weekend I was working on my daughter’s hope chest and I needed to scrape down the edges of the raised panels. The problem was they were already installed, making it a bit difficult to do in place. I tried using a 1” wide chisel as a scraper and that worked fine for a while til my hand wore out. Since the edges have a slight scallop to them I needed a shaped scraper.
