I wanted an 18&#8221; deep pantry, but only stock sizes were 12&#8221;and 24&#8221;.  Custom depth was $400 extra.  So, ordered the 24&#8221;, took a deep breath, cut it up, re-drilled a whole lotta shelf-mounting holes, trimmed the shelves, and put it back together.  Took a little longer than I thought, but it looks perfect.</p>]]>
