Haven’t heard of damage here. Someone in office said it was felt from NC to NY. That’s a potent quake. About 80 miles SW of my current local.

I am on Long Island and it shook pretty good here. Everything shook. Even glasses in the cabinet moved. That was pretty cool. they confirmed 5.9-6.0.

Hadn’t felt one that strong in a LONG time. Reminds us how little control we really have huh? :)

40+ Years & I felt my first one this past year a 4.4 in Central Oklahoma, Epicenter approx 7 miles from my house, I was outside standing on a cement slab, it almost knocked me on my arse. I thought something exploded !!!

Northeast Ohio felt it. Watched my coffee shake on my desk. Thought it was jet lag from last night’s flight.

Glad to see the east coast is sharing in the rattling. Also hope that everyone is OK. Lord knows we have had our share here in CA.
