I am a seventeen–year–old woodworker and have been woodworking for almost five years. In grade seven I was taught how to make a simple animal puzzle on a scroll saw. Ever since I have developed my own skill.

Welcome Ryan. You have found the right place for woodworking. A great group of people willing to help. Looking forward to see your projects and comments. Work safe in the shop and don’t forget to use pushsticks.

Not only are you an excellent woodworker, but have superb character as well! As your high school shop teacher, I was pleased to see you develop and refine your skills, exercise discipline and diligence in your studies, and become an excellent young man with goals and a vision. Congratulations on your medal performance at Alberta Provincial Skills competition, May 15, 2014, and all the best for a successful future!
