Hi All,

Just thought that I would let you all know that I picked up my 1st check from the craft mall. It was only $14.00 but I have also had 2 other sales. I sold a cribbage board outside of the mall and a business card holder. So all told I sold $39.00 worth of stuff in the first month of the craft mall. I was surprized that a key holder that I made on a whim sold. I got some ideas while I was on vacation this past weekend. I bought a set of tips for my woodburning. So I am going to try some different things with them. (I bought some letters and numbers tips). Hope July is better.

Good job! Wood crafts are moving slow right now, but you should see a large increase in sales starting in November.

Way to go Rick. Its slow all over. I got a friend in Lansing that has a booth set up there. He sell everything from birdhouses to little Light switch plates with moose, bear and wolves on them. They had those at Arnies too. Glad you are at least making something.

Hey guy, something is better than nothing. And, since you’ve only just started there’s nowhere to go but up.

You said it Russel, I am working on some stuff to add to my stock. I am making some bookmarks with some of the veneer that I have. Will post pics soon. I need to get a finish on them.
