Well. I have just built my first “complex” jig for wood working. I have built a jig to template route a game for my cousin’s wife. I was alot of work laying it out. I took alot of advice and came up with a peg board start to the template, to a plywood template. Now I just need to modify the template a little to fit comfortably a 5/8th in bushing. I made the holes with a 5/8ths in forstner bit. I think I am going to just wrap some sand paper orund a 1/2 in dowel and widen the holes ever so slightly. I will post pics in a few days as to how things are going. Just thought that I would post something to let y’all know what I have been upto.
