Well, I know that I have not posted a blog in quite awhile.
So I thought I would post something to let you know what has been happening in my shop. Hang on I need a cup of lifer juice…Ok that is better.
I have finished up the whimsical birdhouses finally. Over the weekend I saw Steveinmarin’s post on bandsaw boxes and decided to try my hand. They turned out pretty good (if I do say so myself). Gave them to my loving and most beautiful wife for her birthday. She loved them of course. I am in the planning stages of building some cabinets for my shop to store some of my bench tools. I know I said I was doing that a few months ago. I did but I screwed up the measurements so I turned that into a rolling cutoff cart. So now I am actually going to build a base cabinet that will have room for my mitre saw and band saw. The band saw stands 3 ft high. I was thinking of using 1×4 to make the frame then ecase it with plywood with an MDF top and doors on the front. Then I am going to build a wall cabinet that I can hang on the wall above the base cabinet. I am also going to modify my current bench to be more user friendly. So I have lots to get done before Kristoffer swings by in a few weeks. So I better get busy.
I will post pics of the projects today.
