Simple Biscuit Slot Cutting Jig
Like most woodworkers today I don’t have much money in the budget for new tools, unless they are absolutely necessary for a project. My last project was going to need some biscuits and I don’t own a biscuit jointer. Since I can’t afford the P.C. Biscuit Jointer that I want, I opted to purchase the #1901 5/32” bit from Whiteside with a 1/2” shank. I did not like the idea of simply running the bit in to the 1/2” cutting depth and then just coming out when I finished the cut.
