4 hours is all this takes.
I hope my sister in-law likes it. It’s their Christmas present.
And I do plan to clean up that connection, I have another piece I can use. I just wanted to put it together and see how it looks.

That looks really cool Russ. In all seriousness, I would take a picture of that and submit it to Wood magazine. I see bottle balancers all the time but never messed with them because no one I know drinks wine. I think you did an awesome job on this one.

Thanks David. I found that the angles are really easy to cut, all I do is crank my BS table as far as it will go and it comes to the right angle.
In all honesty, I saw another LJ did one similar to this, at least the style. So I played with the idea and found that it’s pretty easy to do. 15$ cost so you could sell these for about 49$ and make out like a bandit.

I would love to make one of these with a Krenov clock (basically no numbers and the wood more natural). If you have no objections Russ, I might utilize part of your design.

Go for it David. I found this clock at Hobby Lobby. It has a rubber gromett around the outside so it holds it in place rather well and allows you to take it out with a fingernail. I need to find some better clocks myself. Thought I’d look later on line.
