I’m making myself a new mailbox out of cedar. It will be in a sheltered spot unless the wind kicks up. I’m making the mailbox at about 54” off the ground with two decorative arms that go downward to a box for UPS and FEDeX. The box is going to be 20”x10” so I took some cedar fencing and ran it through the jointer and one set is in glue up now. The box on top is complete except the hinges and any other hardware I put on it. I’ll post some pictures later in a new post.
