Playset #2: The basics

In this pic you can see the timber walls are in, the posts are up and I’ve started laying the decks (ran out of deck screws that day so I started the bottom railings). It was a little shaky when standing on the deck until I installed the railings, then if firmed right up. I expect it to do more so as things are added. For the playhouse area I’ve layed down the PT lumber with the intention of putting in hardwood flooring once the playhouse is build (left over from a previous job) – if there is enough. I am using the Redwood for the outside decks, which will be sanded and repainted or stained.
Sorry the pic is a little tilted – it’s making me dizzy looking at it. Or maybe I need to take a nap…..
